ADRC Mission Statement and Procedures
The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) serving Calumet, Outagamie and Waupaca counties offers adults, families, and the community a single source for information and assistance plus individualized service planning to enhance self-sufficiency and quality of life.

The ADRC has published a Policies and Procedures Manual as an orientation to the ADRC, a resource for staff, and a means to ensure consistency in services to our customers.

About the Advisory Committee
The ADRC has an Advisory Committee made up of 12 individuals, four from each of our counties, who are appointed by their respective human service boards or county board of supervisors. The composition of the ADRC Advisory Committee represents the ethnic and economic diversity of our communities, as well as representation of the people we serve.

ADRC Advisory Committee Position Description


The ADRC Advisory Committee meets every other month (usually the second Thursday), and meetings are open to the public. 


Location: Goodwill Industries, 1800 Appleton Rd., Menasha
Time: 3:00 pm (check with receptionist for meeting room location)

ADRC Evaluation Report

In 2008, The State of Wisconsin conducted a customer service evaluation of Aging and Disability Resource Centers.  This report presents a summary of the results and identifies the ADRC's service strengths, opportunities for improvement, overall customer satisfaction ratings, and recommendations.
