FREE! Power of Attorney Workshop Seminar Flyer - PDF
You will learn what a Power of Attorney (POA) is (for both Health Care and Finances), what decisions a POA agent can make for you, reasons to have a POA, and more. Participants will also have the opportunity to complete a POA, if desired (must be at least 18 and legally competent). Sponsored by the Aging & Disability Resource Center; Co-sponsored by State Bar of WI Volunteer Lawyers Project.
