Free Programs and Workshops for Healthy Living

At the Aging & Disability Resource Center, we have a variety of events to help answer your questions, provide assistance, and offer opportunities for you, your family, and caregivers to get involved in improving your health and wellness!

New!  CarFit: Helping Mature Drivers Find Their Fit

CarFit is an educational program that offers older adults the opportunity to check how well their personal vehicles "fit" them.

The CarFit program also provides information and materials on community-specific resources that could enhance their safety as drivers, and/or increase their mobility in the community.

Bring CarFit to your community!  Contact Nancy Krueger, ADRC Health and Wellness Coordinator, at (920) 740-9572 to learn how you can have a CarFit event in your town.
